A theatre style jazz class that emphasises the characterisation and theatricality found in Musical Theatre performances. Students can expect to dance to broadway songs from musicals such as; Wicked, Matilda, High School Musical, Aladdin, Oliver, Annie and film musicals such as 'The Greatest Showman'.
From 2022, these classes will begin to incorporate basic singing and performance technique to help children develop into well rounded performers.
Broadway Jazz 1 & 2 - Primary School Aged
Broadway Jazz 3 & 4 - Secondary School Aged
Uniform: Black or purple leotard or t-shirt + black or purple shorts, tights and skirt or pants.
Hair: hair secured off face e.g. bun or ponytail.
Shoes: black jazz shoes.
NOTE: Aspect Motion School of Dance branded dancewear can be purchased from the studio and is optional.
